Fans of René Redzepi and his innovative use of ingredients like snails, moss and cod liver can can send chef a shot: Noma has regained top spot on the S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna -sponsored annual ranking of the world’s 50 best restaurants.
Noma held the top spot for three years before being bested in 2013 by avant-garde eatery El Celler de Can Roca in Girona, Spain. The Cellar dropped to number two on this year’s list.
Redzepi is pleased, while wild moss foragers across Denmark have been spotted dancing naked in the forest.
