Medium Rare’s hometown got the Munchies treatment with a Chef’s Night Out Segment shot in July. See Market Exec Chef Dave Bohati and crew hit some prime Cow Town restaurants to show the world how we roll here on the East Slope of the Canadian Rockies.

In addition to Market, the Calgary episode features Chef Koki Aihara and his brilliant ramen house, Shiki Menya, plus our very own Chef Cam Dobranski’s temple of duck fat, Brasserie. Drinks (many) are also are downed at Milk Tiger Lounge.
